| * UUFH Members will not be charged the full fees for Weddings, Baby Dedications or Memorial ceremonies, but will be referred to the above Schedule of Appropriate Fees (Addendum B) so that they can be informed of the normal rates if they so choose to make a voluntary donation. |

*Wedding coordinator for rehearsal and event $25/hr., minimum 4 hours.
*Insurance naming UUFH is required. Renter must also provide evidence of "Host Liquor Liability Coverage." Contact the UUFH office for details.
