Please Request your Summer and Fall Room Reservations

To All Committee Heads and Conveners:

Please request all summer and fall room reservations for your groups and committees. Information we will need to process your reservation:

Dates (a list of each date needed) Please don’t request “all Mondays” for example. Please look at the calendar for holidays, etc. which may alter your request.

Time (we need the time in and out of the room requested)

Location (please give a first and, if possible, second choice)

Please email the request to: office@uufh.org

We will email you back confirming your request or suggesting alternatives if your request is unavailable.
