Dear UUFH Families,

Join us for Ingathering on Sunday, September 13, for the first Sunday service of the Fellowship year! The service will be multigenerational. Children and youth are able to attend the entire service.

UUFH Religious Education classes will start next Sunday, September 20! We are using a new UUA curriculum called Woven Faith! The theme for September is “Interdependence.” Interdependence is a new Unitarian Universalist value. Each month the theme will change to reflect a UU value with love at the center.

After the service this Sunday, September 13, there is a potluck in the social hall! Please feel free to bring a dish that serves 5 people! All are welcome to join!

Also, after the service this Sunday, there is an Our Whole Lives (OWL) parent orientation for the 7th and 8th grade families that have signed up their youth to participate in OWL this year, 2026-2027.

I look forward to seeing all of you this Sunday!

Please reach out to me if you have any questions, feedback, and if you’d like any additional information about Religious Education at UUFH.

Sincerely,

Sandra Yens

Religious Education Coordinator

How We Can Help the Adcock Family

We wanted to share with all of you two ways that we can all help the Adcock family at this time.

If you’d like to provide a meal, there is a website where you can sign up called Meal Train, here.

There’s also a fundraiser for the family on the Go Fund Me website where you can donate.

Register for Religious Education for this Fellowship year, 2026-2027!

Thank you to the UUFH families that have registered! If you haven’t registered for the 2026-2027 year, please register soon!

Please register your child for Religious Education for this year, by filling out this form here! It helps us plan out the Religious Education teachers and programs for the year. Also, you can let us know if your child has any food allergies, is neurodiverse, etc. to help plan for the UUFH Religious Education program year!

UUFH Needs Childcare Providers!

UUFH seeks 2 contractors to serve as childcare providers on Sunday mornings during worship service to children under 3-years-old. Please email Sandra Yens, the Religious Education Coordinator, with your interest. All applicants are required to fill out an application and authorize the UUFH to conduct a background check. Thank you for your interest in providing childcare to our UUFH children!

If you know of a great candidate who might be interested in providing childcare, please let us know as well!
