Sunday Service with free professional childcare and religious education for children and youth.

Sunday Services vary greatly. Approximately 2/3 are led by our minister and the remaining may be lay-led or coordinated by the Sunday Program Committee. Most services include music, and many showcase the wonderful UUFH choir.

Children generally begin their time at UUFH in the Main Hall and depart for Religious Education after about 25 minutes.

Families with infants and toddlers who do not wish to use UUFH’s free professional child care are welcome in the Family Room in the rear of the Main Hall. The Family Room is provided so that parents can watch the service and not be concerned about disturbing those in the Main Hall.

Getting to Know Us – Part I @ Main Hall
Sep 24 @ 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

Learn more about our Fellowship and Unitarian Universalism!

Attend and participate in a newcomer and new member orientation to Unitarian Universalism (UU) and to our Fellowship here in Huntington. These sessions are intended to give newcomers and new members an understanding of who UUs are today and where we have been which will provide an avenue for deeper involvement with the denomination and UUFH. These sessions are also an opportunity to interact with our Minister Jude Geiger and our Director of Religious Education, Starr Austin.

Sunday, September 24 from 12:00 – 2:00 in the Main Hall at UUFH
Led by Rev Jude Geiger and the Membership Committee

Join us as we explore the individual spiritual journeys that have brought each of us here today and take a look at the principles and sources which form the foundation of our faith. This session will give you both a deeper understanding of our theological roots as well as a sense for our future.

High School Parents & Youth Meeting @ Upstairs, RE 8
Sep 24 @ 12:00 pm – 1:30 pm

We want to figure out what works for your teen so that our high school programs are a success. We will discuss RE classes (do you need these at a different time or day?), bridging (did you know we have a program our bridgers attend before bridging?), youth-led worship (Dec 17 the high school group leads worship for the whole Fellowship), cons, social justice, and volunteer hours. Please plan to attend WITH your high school youth. Bring calendars!

Everyone is invited as CUUPS as we celebrate the Autumn Equinox (Mabon) @ Back garden or Social Hall (in case of rain)
Sep 24 @ 2:00 pm

We will be hosting Paumonak Island Protogrove ADF, a Druidic grove this fall as we once again celebrate the turning of the wheel of the year. Everyone is welcome. We’ll be outside in the back of the property unless it rains, then we’ll be inside. Bring a snack or drink to share afterwards.
